Here’s a step-by-step guide to teach you how to make payment for your ezbuy purchase:
For online banking, please select E-Banking as your preferred payment method:
Step 1:
After checking out your cart, you will be directed to this page.
Step 2:
Select your bank option, check your purchase amount and mobile number.
Step 3:
You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll need to fill up your personal details.
Step 4:
Click ‘Pay by Maybank2u’ to proceed with payment.
Step 5:
You’ll be directed to a pop-up page to log into your bank account.
Step 6:
You’ll see your payment confirmation details. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Step 7:
On your mobile phone, you will receive an SMS with a TAC No. code to verify for your payment.
Step 8:
Using the TAC No. code from the SMS you received, key it in to verify for your payment.
Step 9:
Upon successful payment, you’ll be redirected back to the ezbuy payment page displaying “Thank you for your payment!”
For paying via Credit Card:
Step 1:
Click on ‘Credit Card’ tab, check your purchase amount and click ‘Next’.
Step 2:
Fill up your personal details and click ‘Pay’
Step 3:
On your mobile phone, you will receive an SMS with a code to verify for your payment.
Step 4:
Using the code you received in the SMS, key it in and click ‘OK’.
Step 5:
Upon successful payment, you’ll be redirected back to the ezbuy payment page displaying “Thank you for your payment!”
